As you hopefully don’t already know, tv and country music star Miley Cyrus turns 17 today. It came to our attention in this morning’s Trending Topics on Twitter, with the hashtag, #HappyBirthDayMiley. As we creepily pursued this further, we discovered that this highly influential tween sensation isn’t actually on Twitter. In fact, she’s taken a stand against it by saying: “It’s the dumbest site, and anyone that has it is gonna realize in like ten years that it’s such a waste of time.” What made us even more inappropriately attracted to this underage spitfire is her bashing of the now record-breaking Twilight movies, claiming: “Not into it. People are all excited, and I’m just like ‘Don’t even talk about it’ because it’s such a cult, it’s so scary.” Is all of this really worthy of a blog posting? Perhaps a more important question is this: can someone please help us find pictures of Ms. Cyrus’ birthday outfit where she’s supposedly dressed like the prostitute from Pretty Woman?

because i’m sure she never thought to use twitter to follow news feeds or scientific sites, i’m sure she also thinks those things are soooo dumb!

She’s a spoiled little brat who only has a career because her daddy sang “Achy Breaky Heart”. Who cares what a 17-year old thinks–I know I don’t.
