If it’s true, we’ll need to somehow celebrate. If not, this user card just makes us feel even worse for polar bears.

Oh gawd, I hope its true that that term is correct. NOTHING would make me happier than to have Fox news run with this….
Jon, Fox News would never run with that. MSNBC? Sure.
Looks like Urban Dictionary has it:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Going+Rogue
Urban Dictionary definition #3 says yes. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=going+rogue
I’ve heard it used that way, yes.
I’m afraid I’m pretty sure this is not correct. I am British, and I make it my business to know these things.
Well, can you start using it as British slang for such so us liberal americans (dont like that word, cause it implies anybody from both the Americas. But it sounds better then saying ‘us liberal united states people.) can have a good laugh?
Please.
What does it mean in Alaska?
Dear Baby Jebus,
Please let this be true. If you make it true I will totally stop blaspheming you…as much.
Love,
Mel
I think it means having a liberal thought but disguising them as conservative matter-of-fact! Cop out!
Hm. We’d love to trust Urban Dictionary on this but it seems like almost all of their definitions for any word somehow involve anal sex.
going rogue means going commando but female version…according to urbandictionary.com
According to Urban Dictionary, “wearing white pants” indicates a fondness for anal.
I’m Scottish and have never heard it used. Hope it’s true, though.
It’s not in the British slang dictionary (or in the gay slang dictionary). I have heard it used as the female version of going commando before.
Maybe Palin just wants all her fans to know she doesn’t like underwear.

I just asked some kids on a UK-based forum, and I have it on good authority that “going rogue” DOES in fact mean doing it in the butt. Someecards, you just made my day
they mentioned in some parts of Glasgow, specifically. So IDK if EMaree isn’t from those parts of Scotland, or if she just doesn’t hang out with crude folks that would say such a thing, but I think this is probably correct
I’m from London, and although I’d love it to be true, I’ve never heard this, ever, sorry guys.
Mike – I’m from up in the Highlands, so I’m not as familiar with Glasgow’s slang. Glasgow and Edinburugh are the top places for crazier slang, I think – we’re more for weird Gaelic words even the people saying it don’t really get.

To be fair, it’s also possible that this is what Sarah Palin meant, via Urban Dictionary:
“Going Rogue: A male that allows a transexual man to fuck him hard in the ass, yet still claims to be straight.”
It just feels very HER, you know?
It does mean “Having anal sex without protection.”
Nope, it’s not British slang!!! Trust me I live here!
Yep, it’s British slang!!! Trust me I live here!
Well, if it’s not British slang for unprotected butt invasion, it should be! I say we start a movement. . .
Or a petition. . .
I second that.
I trust Urban Dictionary… it’s my go-to guide for all things anal.
Looks like a majority of people think the slang does, in fact, exist. Let’s discuss next steps. How do we go about promoting this wonderful news?
So…”going rogue” is Brit slang for bareback. This is the best news I’ve heard so far!
I’m already promoting on my facebook – more “likes” than i’ve ever had on a status before…
I’m English and all it means is I’m going on my own ? It can mean soany things depends how you say it . But I have never heard it with anal sex
I spent a rather promiscuous year and a half in England and am sorry to say never once heard this particular term used in that way.
Maybe those of you in the UK who haven’t heard it used before need to get some more sexually inappropriate friends
One of my gay club-going friends in the U.K. told me about the slang after reading about her Book Release a few weeks ago.
